What you choose to consume has a vast effect on all aspects of your health.
Thus, we aim to craft coffee using ingredients that are as close to their natural form as possible. This means sweetening our drinks with maple syrup and local raw honey rather than processed sugars and artificial flavors. These allow the coffee to shine, rather than replace and cloud the flavor.
