Crafted Intentionally

We strongly believe in two things at Covenant:

Coffee has an incredible intrinsic flavor.

God has given us bodies to steward and serve others.

Thus, we aim to craft coffee using ingredients that are as close to their natural form as possible. This means sweetening our drinks with maple syrup and local raw honey rather than processed sugars and artificial flavors. These allow the coffee to shine, rather than replace and cloud the flavor.

We’d love to share this vision with you. We believe you’ll taste and feel the difference.
